Uh - no. I’m not.
So how is this happening? And could I get in trouble with someone else using my email address in this manner?

well since ur not da one doing it someone else must be. u should change ur password into something else. or if it still dont work, try to leave ur email and make a new one. work a try… :]

It is not you. It is a spoofed email that someone else sends. It is very easy to do. What is your email, I will give you an example. I will make it says its from “notification@irs.gov”
